Email Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026
This policy explains how Destiney Roxburgh, KW Lake Arrowhead Realtor® sends email: how you join our lists, what we send, what we measure and how to stop. We follow the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and, where they apply, European and Canadian anti-spam rules.
How you join
We only email people who signed up on our site, bought from us, or asked us to keep in touch. We never buy, rent or borrow email lists. When you sign up, we may send an email asking you to confirm, so no one can sign you up without your knowledge.
What we send and how often
We send what you signed up for, such as news, tips, offers or updates, and messages about your orders or account. How often depends on the list; we say when you sign up and don’t send more than we need to.
In every email
- A clear “From” name and a subject line that matches the content
- Who we are and our postal address
- A working unsubscribe link
What we measure
Our emails may contain a small image and tracked links that tell us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. We use this only to improve our emails and stop sending to people who aren’t reading. Most email apps let you block images to turn this off.
Who sends them
An email service provider sends our emails and stores the list for us. It may use your address only to send our emails. We never sell or share our list with other companies for their marketing.
Unsubscribing
Click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email, or contact us. We stop marketing emails right away, and always within 10 business days. You may still get emails about orders or your account.
How long we keep your address
Until you unsubscribe, plus a short record that you opted out so we don’t email you again by mistake. Your rights over your information are in our Privacy Policy.
