This policy explains what personal information Destiney Roxburgh, KW Lake Arrowhead Realtor® (“we,” “us”) collects through https://destineyroxrealestate.com, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It covers our website, our emails, and the requests and messages you send us. It does not cover other websites we link to.

Information we collect
We collect only what we need. In the last 12 months we have collected these categories:

Browser privacy signals
Destiney Roxburgh, KW Lake Arrowhead Realtor® honors Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising. Because there is no common standard for “Do Not Track” signals, we rely on GPC and the choices you make in “Your Privacy Choices.”
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) request. There is no agreed standard for what DNT means, so the site does not change when it receives one. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC), which several state laws recognize as an opt-out request.
How we share your information

Sale, sharing and targeted advertising
With your permission, Destiney Roxburgh, KW Lake Arrowhead Realtor® uses advertising partners (such as Google and Meta) to measure ads and show relevant ads on other websites. Under some US state laws this may be considered “selling” or “sharing” personal information or “targeted advertising.” You can opt out at any time with the “Your Privacy Choices” link on our website or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Maps and videos
Some pages on the Destiney Roxburgh, KW Lake Arrowhead Realtor® website can show maps provided by Google Maps (Google LLC). A map loads only when you choose to load it or accept all cookies. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and may receive the location, address or search terms the map displays, and may set cookies. Comments
When you leave a comment, we collect what you type in the comment form, plus your IP address and browser type to help detect spam. Your name, website and comment are shown publicly. An anonymized string created from your email address (a “hash”) may be sent to the Gravatar service to show your profile picture; Gravatar’s privacy policy is at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Comments and their details are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Listing maps and video tours
Property listings on the Destiney Roxburgh, KW Lake Arrowhead Realtor® website show maps and video or 3D tours from other companies, such as Google Maps, YouTube, Vimeo or Matterport. When they load, your browser connects to those companies, which receive your IP address and the property or location shown and may set cookies. Each company uses this information under its own privacy policy. You can turn maps and videos off at any time under “Maps & videos” in “Your Privacy Choices”; they then load only when you choose to load one.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above:
- Questions and requests: up to 3 years after our last contact
- Customer and transaction records: as long as tax, accounting and warranty laws require
- Email lists: until you unsubscribe
- Analytics data: up to 14 months
The site uses encryption (HTTPS) for everything sent to and from it, and we limit access to people and providers who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a security breach affects your personal information, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you have these rights:

- Right to correct information that is wrong
- Right to delete your information, subject to legal exceptions (such as tax, warranty or security records)

- Right to withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it (this does not affect what we did before)
Residents of states and countries with privacy laws have these rights under their law, and we offer them to everyone. We will not treat you differently for using them.
Opting out of sale, sharing and targeted ads
Open Your Privacy Choices and turn off advertising; your choice is saved in this browser right away. A Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal works the same way. To opt out everywhere we know you, including email and offline records, choose “Opt out using your email” in Your Privacy Choices, or use our contact form and start your message with “Do not sell or share.” We don’t need to verify your identity for an opt-out, and we act on it within 15 business days. We will not treat you differently for opting out.
How to make a request
Use our contact form and start your message with “Privacy request,” or email destiney@willrahill.com. We will confirm we received it within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. To protect you, we verify your identity by matching details you give us with our records. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed permission.
Appeals
If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with “Appeal” in the subject within 45 days. We will answer within 60 days and explain the outcome. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the California Attorney General.
California and Nevada
We do not share personal information with other companies for their own direct marketing (California’s “Shine the Light” law), and we do not sell covered information as Nevada law defines it.
Automated decisions and profiling
We do not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects, such as about credit, housing, employment or insurance, based only on automated processing or profiling.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, use our contact form and we will delete it.
Visitors from other countries
Destiney Roxburgh, KW Lake Arrowhead Realtor® is based in the United States, and we store and process information there. If you contact us from another country, your information is transferred to and handled in the United States under this policy.
Changes to this policy
We review this policy at least once a year. When we change it, we update the date at the top; for significant changes we also post a notice on the site or email you.
