These terms apply to the Destiney Roxburgh, KW Lake Arrowhead Realtor® text message program. By opting in, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

What you’ll receive

Depending on what you sign up for: appointment or reservation confirmations and reminders, order and delivery updates, account alerts and, only if you separately agree, offers and news from Destiney Roxburgh, KW Lake Arrowhead Realtor®.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • We send marketing texts only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in your time zone.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the box on our forms or at checkout, or by texting a keyword we publish. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. By opting in, you agree to receive texts, including automated texts, at the number you gave us. You must be 18 or older and the account holder, or have the account holder’s permission.

How to stop or get help

  • Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message to stop. We send one message to confirm, then no more.
  • Reply START to sign up again.
  • Reply HELP for help, or use our contact form or email destiney@willrahill.com.

If you change or cancel your mobile number, reply STOP first or tell us, so texts don’t go to the next owner of the number.

Carriers

The program works with major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages.

Changes

We may change or end the program or these terms. We will tell you by text about changes that affect you; replying STOP is always available.
